Thijs (Director Sales): “One day, we will realize that ZIVVER is used by everyone.”
My name is Thijs Visser, 36 years young and I am the Director Sales at ZIVVER since November 1st 2017. For the past 11 years I’ve worked in IT industries with a specialization in SaaS and Secure Cloud Services. When I first spoke to Wouter (Managing Director) I felt an instant connection. During my interviews with Rick (CEO) and other members of the team this positive feeling kept returning. There was a ‘buzz’ going on at ZIVVER: about their product, about the people and the ambition to ‘take over the world’.
Since I’ve been working at ZIVVER this connection has gotten even stronger. Our core values (pragmatic, inclusive and great) are really at the center of the way we work with each other and with our customers. Being pragmatic is my first nature. I like to make things simple and to be straightforward to people. No uncertainties, no hidden agendas, what you see is what you get. Only then we can hit the goals we want to reach. In my private life I try to surround myself with pragmatic people as it just makes life so much more positive!
In our work I see pragmatism everywhere. In the way our product is built, in our user-friendly interface, in our marketing and last but not least, in the way we communicate both internally and externally. Personally, I try to be as pragmatic as possible to new customers by closely listening to their needs in order to meet those needs to the highest possible standard. I do this with one goal in mind: to make ZIVVER great! Naturally, I don’t do this alone. ZIVVER’s strength is that we work as a team. We include and contribute. We have the power and flexibility of a scale-up but the professionalism of a multinational. I feel that we are ‘a team on a mission’ and that one day, we might realize that ZIVVER is used by everyone!
